Thank you for shopping with BeWitchy Emporium LLC. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on - Sale items - Gift cards - Downloadable software products - Some health and personal care items
Defective Products:
You may return all defective products for credit or exchange within 10 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@bewitchyemporium.com. with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at returns@bewitchyemporium.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.
